Postler is a software-as-a-service platform that enables users to create and customize social media posts and stories for their products. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Service, including introducing viruses or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.

All content, designs, and technology provided by Postler are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with notice.

7. Termination

Postler is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kosovo.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
